Sometimes I want to run a search for my car keys. But now that you mention it, I think I'd like to start using ctrl z in real life to. And I wouldn't mind a ctrl y when I'm folding laundry and stuff.
I LOVE ctrl z, and too wish I could use it in places other than my computer!
When listening to talk radio and there is something I'd like to hear again, I find myself wishing I could just hit the rewind button like I can on our DVR remote--hee, hee, hee.

I alway look for the undo button when I erase something in pencil. You are not alone.
