Twilight on New Year's Day

We drove to Port Angeles on Highway 101 today.

However, we didn't see any vampires, werewolves, or silver Volvos. Too bad.

I feel like I should know what you are referencing, but the silver Volvos really throw me off.

I googled some of the words...looks like it's a "Twilight" reference. Guess I should get around to reading it.

I love that you just mentioned this. I bought myself New Moon for Christmas. After reading the library's copy several times, I thought I should give everyone else a chance. I asked Suzanne once if these places were real. When she said yes, I though, "My how I'd like to go there some day." I'm sure there is absolutly nothing out of the ordinary there. I'm sure it's just vampire fever. BTW, have you see the stephenie meyer website?

Ha ha. I wish you would have seen a silver Volvo. A girl in front of us at the Christmas concert the other week was wearing an Edward Cullen (or whatever his name is) fan club T-shirt. I think it is funny, but I sure hope I can write a book to be as successful as Stephenie.

I love that part of Washington. Did you get to go to the Hoh rain forest? That's a really great place to walk around. I really enjoy the Sol Duc Hot Springs. There is a great hike there to waterfalls. :) Thanks for the update on vamps.
